REFUND POLICY

 

Refund in First 30 Days
If you are not completely satisfied with our Radio Streaming services, and you notify RadioSolution in writing via your Control Panel under Cancellation Request within the first 30 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees and overages. If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please open a ticket via your control panel and customer area.

Domain Registration
If you reserve a domain name and wish to cancel you must do so via the Control Panel by opening a support ticket within 24 hours after this period it is not possible to cancel a domain name. After the 24 hours and you wish to cancel your hosting account will be downgraded to a domain name account only.

Requests to Cancel After Renewal Date
You must notify RadioSolution.info before or within seven days of the Renewal Date on your contract if you wish to cancel an account. Radiosolution does not offer prorated refunds for cancellation requests submitted after ten days of the renewal date.

Balance Due

Please be advised that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If your account has a past due balance and you are not eligible for a refund, the Radiosolution Accounting department will continue collection efforts.

Please note that all cancellation or refunds request must ABSOLUTELY be recieved through your control panel client area, no other method such as online chat is accepted!
