There are online internet radio directories that allow you to submit your radio station information. Carefully read the instructions, some will ask you for a banner exchange or to register to the site. Don’t expect a high amount of listeners coming from these sites since you are listed among thousands of other radio stations. The best thing about these Internet Station Directories is that you are creating links that will help the page rank of your website, therefore, giving you better positioning on Google. I have an updated list of some station directories that are working well. (Updated April 14, 2013)
5) Nexus Radio http://www.nexusradio.com
Note: Listeners must download their player to tune into the stations listed.
Use the contact form to ask about submitting your station. Use specific station details to ease the process.
13) SHOUTcast http://shoutcast .com
You need to have a ShoutCast server and it must be set to public. Once you set it to public allow 7-14 days to pass before you will appear automatically on their network and website.
